Eileen Vega joined Sterling Transportation in September 2020. Since that time, she has proven herself to be an incredible asset to the LAX Container Freight Station service.

“CFS is my background and I understand it very well. My goal is to continue to grow the CFS business at Sterling and take it to the next level,” said Eileen Vega.

Vega has been in the business since 2007, after leaving the Navy. She has worked in various roles both in trucking and freight forwarding, including: dispatch; container import; and drayage.

The CFS business at Sterling Transportation has grown to a point where it needed a dedicated manager. No one is better suited to take on the job of CSF Manager than Eileen Vega.

“Since coming on board, Eileen has had a tremendous impact on our CFS operation. I look forward to where she can take that business to in the future,” said CEO Keith Davis.
