This adjustment reflects the increased costs of labor, insurance, truck repairs, and facility operations, which have risen significantly over the past four years. While we have worked diligently to mitigate these impacts across our network, we have not made a rate adjustment since 2020, and the LAX-MIA lane now requires this change to maintain sustainable operations.
